BIG COUNTRY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY
CONTRACT FOR INDIVIDUAL RIDING PASS 2025 – 2026

The goal of the Big Country Agricultural Society (BCAS) is to provide, to the best of our ability, a venue which will enhance the success of activities held within our facility.

FEE: $262.00 GST included PER YEAR

Riders may ride at any time that the BCAS does not have a scheduled event; the pass is not to be an admission or entry fee for any other BCAS function or functions sponsored by the Society or other functions within the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PASS HOLDER

  • Call a representative of the BCAS before coming to the building to be sure it is available.
  • Sign the log book.
  • Leave people area as it was found.
  • Clean up any manure deposited during their stay.
  • Ensure lights are out, fans are off and doors are closed and locked upon leaving the building.

CONDITIONS

  • The riding pass does not give exclusive use of the arena - other pass holders may use the building at the same time.
  • Alcohol is not permitted without a liquor license.
  • If food is required BCAS catering services must be utilized unless they are unable to supply.
  • A yearly riding pass is in effect from October 1 to September 30 the following year regardless of purchase date.
  • If a pass holder is found to be leaving their manure and mess behind, they will be assessed a commercial clean-up rate for the occasion in question.
  • Pass holder must sign a facilities user complete release form.
  • The riding pass is not intended to provide a venue for activities that the pass holder uses to generate income (horse shoeing or equine sports therapy, etc.).
  • Pass holders must sign a personal waiver.
